Rules and regulations
 
• The condition of considering a match among the matches to face suspension is to conduct a full match... In case of its absence or non-incidence regardless of any reason, then it is not counted among official matches.

• If any match was not completed for any reason, then all penalties sanctioned on the players (warning, expulsion) during the play time, regardless of whether the match was completed or not, they (penalties) would still be valid, and in case of repetition, the previous match is not counted along with the played matches. However, in case the results were stated and adopted for one of the competing teams, then it will be recorded and considered as one of the official matches.

• Team administration representative reception of a copy of the game's report from the referee, is considered as a formal intimation of warning and expulsion cases, and in case the absence of receipt of this disclosure, the club bears responsibility.

• Clubs must send a delegate to the Association to receive notices concerning members of the technical and administrative staffs; this should take place a day after the match is played, subsequent to the payment of a fine if it already exists.

• A club which its team members delay or refuse receiving winning medals, while present on the playground, is subjected to Article (49) of the Regulation, in addition to deprivation of financial reward assigned for the obtained score.
